Job Description
Job Title:  Graduate Engineer Trainee

Chandgad, 416507
India
Required Travel:  0 - 30%
Job Description: 

1. To study the part drawing for feasibility and get all the queries cleared with customer,
2. Prepare Process flow chart , 
3. To Identify all the Special charecterstic.
4. To identify all the required  Toolings Jig/ Fix , Special cuttings tools & gages for new part.
5. To prepare FTB drawing.
6. To prepare  Data Special cutting tools.
7. To place indent for procurement of Forging / FTB, cutting tools & gages and follow up with material dept till the receipt of material as per timeline.
8. To Prepare FMEA , Control plans of all the operations as per Process flow chart .
9. Update the parts code , Part cycle , Toolings , Jig / fix / gages & Instructions  in the BPCS System. 
10. Follow up with inhousing toolings Jig/fix/ Gages for timely readness.
11. To conduct feasibility study of Finish turn drawing with quality / material / Supplier.
12. To process samples and submit to customer as per agreed Time line. .
13. To process  PPAP Lot,  after approval of samples by customer.   
14. To provide all PPAP documents  as required by customer.
15. To hand over the tooling's of developement part to production. 
16  If require visit supplier ( machining) to discuss & review the process. 
17. To update developement status for weelkly meetings.

18.Required knowledge MS excel, Power BI , AutoCad, Solid Works
