Job Description
Job Title:  Graduate Engineer Trainee

Job Description: 
  • Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery, equipment, and utilities.
  • Monitor machine performance and help identify root causes of equipment failures.
  • Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and equipment history logs.
  • Support implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
  • Assist in spare parts management and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Participate in installation, commissioning, and modification of new equipment.
  • Support condition monitoring activities such as vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication management.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
