Job Description: 

1. Technically sound and hands on experience on trouble shooting of gear cutting machines.                                                                                                        2. Taking care of machine breakdowns                                                                                                                                                                                            3. Trouble shooting and PLC modification of gear cutting machines  
4. Logical conclusion and improvement projects                                                                                                                                                                              5. Preventive maintenance and TPM knowledge and its implication in the plant                                                                                                                              6. Providing training on TPM to shopfloor people.                                                                                                                                                                          7. People management and decision
