The candidate is responsible for managing customer demand fulfillment, production planning coordination, inventory availability, and dispatch execution for both domestic and export customers. The role ensures on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, demand-supply balancing, logistics coordination, and proactive risk management to support business objectives while minimizing premium freight and supply chain disruptions.
