Experience Required: 8+ Years

Support Group: AOH Reggio Emilia, Italy Power Transmissions Products

Educational Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering/Automotive

Technical Skills

• Good Proficiency in NX (Part, Assembly, Drawing, Sheetmetal, Surfacing).

• Strong understanding of casting design principles and manufacturing processes.

• Hands on experience on NX for developing critical casting/forging, gears components and its detail drawings.

•Hands on experience working on concept layouts, tolerance stackups for automotive/gearbox products.

• Hands-on experience with PLM tools (preferably Teamcenter).

• Knowledge of Power transmission and Gear Box systems and related components.

• Familiarity with GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and engineering documentation.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Need to work in CAD Design team to support design and development of industrials gear box swing drives, Winches, Bevel and Helical Gear box and its components

•Need to work in NX for modeling, detailing and assembly of above products

• Execution of New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to production.

• Need to support schematic diagrams for assembly instructions , spare part list and exploded views.

• Maintain and manage CAD data within PLM system - Teamcenter.

• Ensure design compliance with industry standards and internal specifications.

• Responsible and accountable for quality, delivery and maintaining project related documentation.

• Support cost reduction, VA/VE, and quality improvement initiatives.
